This Privacy Policy explains how QWINZA collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the QWINZA mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
To provide interactive trivia quizzes, point milestone calculations, and financial cashouts, we collect the following user information:
- Account Information: Mobile phone number, first name, last name, and email address.
- Demographic Information: Date of birth (DOB) and gender (used for custom avatar rendering and tailored quiz recommendations).
- Profile Picture: Avatar or uploaded profile image chosen by the user.
- Financial Payout Information: UPI ID (e.g.
username@bank, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay ID) provided by you explicitly to process cash withdrawal rewards. - App Usage & Activity: Quiz attempts, levels completed, reward point logs, daily check-in streaks, and withdrawal request history.
2. Data Transfer & Zero Third-Party Sharing Disclosure

QWINZA DOES NOT sell, rent, trade, or lease your personal identity data, phone number, or financial information to any third parties or data brokers. All account and financial data collected is strictly utilized in-house for authenticating your account, updating your wallet balance, and fulfilling UPI cash out requests. Third-party ad SDKs operate solely under the parameters described in Section 3 below.
3. Advertising & Third-Party Ad Services (Google AdMob)
To support the ongoing operation, maintenance, and technical development of the QWINZA mobile application, we integrate third-party advertising partners, primarily Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK).
How Advertising Operates in QWINZA:
- Ad Formats: Our application may display standard banner ads, full-screen interstitial ads between quiz levels, and optional rewarded video ads that unlock in-app game features or bonuses.
- Information Collected by Ad Networks: Google AdMob and its advertising partners may automatically collect non-personally identifiable technical identifiers, such as your device's Google Advertising ID (AAID), IP address, device hardware model, operating system version, and ad performance/interaction statistics.
- Zero Personal Profile Sharing: QWINZA does NOT share your name, phone number, email address, or payout credentials with Google AdMob or any third-party advertisers.
Opting Out of Personalized Advertising:
You can manage, reset, or opt-out of personalized ads on your Android device at any time by navigating to:
Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.

4. Data Encryption & Security Standards
We implement strict technical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure:
- Encryption in Transit: All communications between the QWINZA mobile application and our servers are encrypted using HTTPS / TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols.
- Secure Storage: Authentication tokens and passwords are standardly hashed. Financial UPI IDs are stored in isolated, secure database servers.
- Zero Sensitive Financial Data: We NEVER ask for, store, or process credit card numbers, bank account passwords, CVVs, or UPI PINs.
5. Profile Access & Data Updates
You have complete control over your personal profile data. You can view, modify, and update your personal details—including your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Date of Birth, Gender, and Profile Picture—at any time directly within the mobile app:
How to update your profile: Open QWINZA App → Navigate to Profile → Select Personal Info / Edit Profile → Save Changes.
6. Account Deletion & Right to Data Erasure
Users have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time.

Users can delete their account by contacting support through the mobile application using the path:
Data Retention & Purging Period: Upon receiving your request, your account will be immediately deactivated. All personal profile details, points balance, and UPI logs will be permanently purged and deleted from our active servers within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
QWINZA is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete such information from our records.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect policy or platform enhancements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
